@firecrotchsatire​ @peteseeger You know, it amuses me to no end when mean-spirited hipsters on Tumblr that think making fun of other people’s emotions is not only an OK thing to do, but that it will count as a “hot-take” that people will get behind… and then it backfires right agaist their smug prick faces, because turned out every single person that reblogged said “hot-take” called them out for being the assholes they are. Of course you two morons will just mumble something about “sheep mentality”, say something like “you’re all too dumb to understand me” and then you’ll hiss and slither down a drainpipe. You all pretend to be so much smarter and better than those around you for the sake of covering up your own insecurities. You need to believe your own lie, that you’re “superior beings” because you don’t like some movies, and that that entitles you to mock people for showing emotion. Because otherwise, you’d go mad.

Go ahead, fellas. You can either accept Endgame for the perfectly fine piece of entretainment that it is… or live out the rest of yur lives as miserable killjoys that slog through life, recoiling at anything joyful or upbeat in the world. You can accept the lines of Endgame at face value… or act like they’re a plague that represent everything wrong with existence. And you’ll do the latter. Because that’s who you chose to be, apparently. Yes, it’s corny. And that’s fine. Because billions of people all over the world felt the heart behind that line. And you would tooo, if you dropped the pissy holier-than-thou attitude and loosened up for a second, ya pricks.

This was never about Endgame or it’s lines, was it? It’s all about you. Somewhere along the line… you were sapped of your childlike capacity for wonder and withered into the husks you’ve become now. And if you can’t be happy, no one can.

You realise that this is why people don’t like you, right?

By all means, keep this up. You’ll eventually drive away everyone around you, until you’re all alone, stewing in your own hate. And then you’ll turn that hate on yourself. Because it’ll be all you have left.
